Called to the bar in 1996, Sameer Dewan has practised before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and district courts throughout the NCR for over 30 years. He heads the firm's civil, criminal, and corporate practice with a reputation for strategic, results-oriented advocacy.

Currently serving as Advocate at the High Court of Delhi (December 2022 – Present) and Founder of Tiwari & Co., a full-service law firm based in New Delhi specialising in litigation, advisory, and dispute resolution.

During his academic tenure at Lloyd Law College, he demonstrated exceptional organisational leadership by serving as Student Coordinator of the prestigious Padma Shree Prof. S.R. Madava Menon SAARC Mooting Competition (Observing-Reporting Committee) in 2018, 2019, and 2020. This role enhanced skills in event management, judicial observation, and academic coordination while contributing to the institution's reputation in competitive mooting circuits.

Holds prestigious memberships in leading international legal organisations including the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) (March 2020 – Present), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Lebanon Branch (November 2020 – Present), International Bar Association (June 2020 – Present), American Bar Association (May 2020 – Present), and Indian National Association of Legal Professionals (INALP). Additionally affiliated with the National Crime Victim Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, International Law Students Association (April 2020 – Present), and King County Bar Association.

Demonstrated exceptional leadership through multiple campus ambassador roles at premier institutions including IIT Delhi (awarded Best Campus Ambassador), IIM Bangalore, E-Cell IIT Madras, IIT Bombay Heritage Foundation, and I-PAC as Political Researcher. Participated in the Asia Youth International Model United Nations in Malaysia (September 2019 – February 2020).

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and an active member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association since December 2022, with a proven track record in court advocacy and client representation across multiple jurisdictions. Holds a comprehensive five-year integrated law degree from Lloyd Law College with a strong foundation in constitutional law, civil and criminal procedure, corporate law, and legal research methodologies.

A promising young advocate with a strong foundation in business and corporate law from Amity Law School, Noida. Surbhi brings meticulous legal research, precise drafting skills, and a client-focused approach to civil and corporate matters at the firm.

With a unique combination of postgraduate academics and law from the University of Delhi, Adv. Bharat brings specialist expertise in corporate matters, banking law, financial disputes, and commercial litigation. His academic background makes him particularly effective in transactional and advisory work.

Adv. Chandan Kumar is a diligent and experienced court practitioner with focused expertise in criminal law, bail matters, and district court litigation across Delhi and the NCR. His on-ground courtroom experience and deep procedural knowledge make him a vital member of the firm's trial practice team.

Adv. Bharat Verma combines strong academic credentials with practical litigation experience. Currently pursuing his Ph.D. alongside active practice, he brings a research-driven, analytical approach to civil and corporate matters at the firm.

Adv. Rajesh Mishra brings over a decade of litigation experience since enrolling in 2011, with a strong academic foundation from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He handles a broad range of civil and criminal matters with meticulous attention to procedure and client communication.
